We would like to inform you about an upcoming business delegation to the German federal state of Baden-Württemberg with a focus on Medical Technology and Artificial Intelligence.
The delegation will take place from 10–14 November 2025 and aims to provide exclusive insights into the region’s vibrant innovation ecosystem.
We are looking for ASEAN-based companies, research institutions, agencies, and other relevant actors from the MedTech, BioTech, AI, and healthcare sectors with a strong interest in:
- Sourcing or procurement of MedTech and AI solutions from Germany, or
- Investing in topic-related startups, or
- Collaborative innovation, particularly in applying AI to healthcare and MedTech use cases.
Baden-Württemberg, located in the South-West of Germany, is a global innovation leader and home to some of Europe’s most dynamic research clusters. The region excels in MedTech, BioTech, and pharmaceuticals —being one of Europe’s strongest MedTech and healthcare hubs—and in applied artificial intelligence, thanks to its close integration of world-class universities, research institutions like Cyber Valley (Europe’s largest research consortium for AI), and industry.
The programme will include visits to some of Baden-Württemberg’s most innovative startups, highly specialised SMEs, and established industry leaders in the fields of MedTech and AI. Participants will have the opportunity to explore cooperation models, gain first-hand knowledge of technological developments, and identify potential suppliers or innovation partners.
For your reference, you can find the preliminary programme draft by clicking here. Please note that the current version was originally planned for July and is therefore subject to updates.
If there are specific technologies, services, or use cases you are particularly interested in and that are not currently reflected in the draft, please feel free to share your suggestions.
While we cannot guarantee that all input can be accommodated in the programme, we are still open to receiving feedback at this stage.
Additionally, there will be a matchmaking session during the delegation, which will offer further opportunities to address individual interests and connect with relevant partners.
Participation Is Free – there is no registration fee. Participants will only need to cover individual travel to and from Germany and hotel accommodation.
