The Socialist and the Democrats party (S&D) of the European Parliament is calling for feedback on the Omnibus Proposal from all stakeholders, including non-EU companies. With a focus on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), companies have until 12 June 2025 to share their views on compliance, costs and competitiveness. ASEAN-CHAM strongly encourages companies to participate in this survey, as it enables them to share their concerns and opinions directly with policymakers. The results will inform S&D’s parliamentary amendments.
